TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the private driver services provided by CETURIO.COM ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
• "Service" refers to the private chauffeur and transportation services booked through our platform.
• "Client" or "You" refers to the individual or entity booking the Service.
• "Driver" refers to the professional chauffeur assigned to provide the Service.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
• Confirmation: A booking is only considered "confirmed" once you receive a written confirmation email/SMS and a valid payment method is authorized.
• Pricing: Rates are calculated based on duration, distance, and vehicle type. Additional charges (tolls, parking fees, airport fees) will be added to the final invoice unless stated otherwise.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
3. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
• Client Cancellation: Cancellations made more than [24/48] hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within [24] hours may incur a fee of [50-100%] of the booking total.
• No-Show: If the passenger is not at the designated pickup location within [15-30] minutes of the scheduled time without notice, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show" and is non-refundable.
4. PASSENGER CONDUCT AND SAFETY
• Standard of Conduct: Smoking, illegal drug use, and violent behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Vehicle Damage: The Client is financially responsible for any physical damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by the Client or their guests (e.g., spills, stains, or breakage). A cleaning fee of minimum $500 may apply.
• Capacity: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle provided.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (IMPORTANT)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• No Guarantee of Timing: While we strive for punctuality, the Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: traffic congestion, road accidents, extreme weather conditions, flight delays, or mechanical breakdowns.
• Indirect Damages: CETURIO.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or missed opportunities (e.g., missing a flight or a business meeting).
• Personal Items: We are not responsible for any personal items left, lost, or damaged inside our vehicles during or after the Service.
• Maximum Liability: In any event, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service session in question.
6. CCPA COMPLIANCE & PRIVACY
We take your privacy seriously. In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we disclose that we collect personal identifiers (name, email, phone number), commercial information (booking history), and geolocation data. 7. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall be excused from performance of its obligations if it is prevented or delayed by "Force Majeure" events, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, rather than in court.
9. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
